Tom and Judy Crofut made and sold fresh juice for 30 years in Austin, Texas without any health violation. Their company was shut down by the FDA which requires them to make safe juice with 99.9% of the bacteria destroyed. To come back to business they have to spend almost a million dollars or stop making unpasteurized citrus juice.
